I can remember a time in my life where I was very closed as a way of being. I was freindly and loving , but inwardly closed to myself and others. There was always had a good reason, and the pain I felt seemed to provide even more evidence that being closed was safer than being open. I don't think I even had those words then. Opening to another or opening to a event. be it good or ill, or even more importantly to the present moment. While somtimes painful there is a sense of falling in love with the moment and all that is. It seems to me that it is a kinder kind of treatment to the self. T ,then feel think opon a moment where you were closed, feel that. Think opon a moment where you are are open, then feel that. Follow what feels right to you. I am very interested in what ya'll think, and feel. Know that this is an inquiry and not a statment of fact. I hope that somthing gets revealed. I know that it has been very opening writing this. Love Tosh
